UI

Skill set: Eye for pixel perfect design; understanding of HCI/ usability practices; experience with developing wireframes and user flows

Design

Skill set: Eye for pixel perfect design; proficiency with design and image editing tools; and conversant with front-end web technologies

Tech

Skill set: Obsession for writing highly optimized code; highly proficient in web 2.0 and mobile technologies; understanding of lean product development; excellent communication skills

Content

Skill set: Ability to ideate and develop content for competitive examinations and higher-ed courses (think GRE, CAT, AIEEE, AIPMT etc.); solid written and oral communication skills; experience in editing content; teaching experience is a plus

Marketing

Skill set: Solid communication skills; strong analytical skills; ability to write sharp copy; creative prowess is a plus; experience in SEO/ SEM/ PR/ copyediting
